This handbook has been written to serve as a guide and describes important policies that are applicable to KBP Brands (including KBP Foods, KBP Bells, and KBP Inspired) and provides essential information that will help guide you throughout your employment. This handbook and the policies contained herein supersede any and all previous handbook versions and/or separate employment policies. Click here for state specific policies. By distributing this handbook, the Company expressly revokes any and all previous policies which are inconsistent with those contained herein. We suggest that you become familiar with the content of the handbook as soon as possible, but please bring questions to your Human Resources department. Rights to Revise Handbook Since this employee handbook is based on KBP’s operational policies and procedures and the requirements of federal and state regulations which are subject to change, this handbook must also be subject to change. Therefore, KBP has the right to change, modify, suspend, or cancel all the contents of this handbook. KBP will generally attempt to provide employees with notification of such changes when they occur. This handbook should not be interpreted as an employment contract.
