Rights to Revise Handbook

Since this employee handbook is based on KBP’s operational policies and procedures and the requirements of federal and state regulations which are subject to change, this handbook must also be subject to change. Therefore, KBP has the right to change, modify, suspend, or cancel all the contents of this handbook. KBP will generally attempt to provide employees with notification of such changes when they occur. This handbook should not be interpreted as an employment contract. A member of management will notify employees of any policies specific to their position or department.
