KBP complies with all federal and state regulations regarding rest and meal periods. Please check with your supervisor regarding procedures and schedules for rest and meal breaks. KBP requests that employees accurately observe and record meal and rest periods in our time keeping system. If you know in advance that you may not be able to take your scheduled break or meal period, please let your supervisor know; in addition, notify your supervisor if you were unable to or prohibited from taking a rest or meal period at the soonest opportunity. Employees must clock themselves in and out for their meal breaks of 30 minutes or more.
