Cash Handling

All employees are responsible to ensure control and safekeeping of business cash assets. A safe should be used to store all cash and access should be limited to members of management.

Whenever cash is being counted and verified, it should be done so in front of a camera or another employee as witness. For restaurant/operational specifics please refer to the Cash Handling Procedures Addendum.

Inappropriate handling of cash, funds, and/or related paperwork will be addressed in accordance with the Performance Policy.
