Code of Conduct

The reputation and integrity of KBP are valuable assets that are vital to the Company’s success. KBP will conduct its business honestly and ethically. We strive to improve the quality of our services, products, and operations and will maintain a reputation for honesty, fairness, respect, responsibility, integrity, trust, and sound business judgment. All our employees, officers, members, and partners are responsible for conducting themselves and the Company’s business in a manner that demonstrates a commitment to the highest standards of integrity and accordingly, we must all seek to avoid even the appearance of improper behavior or business.

We expect that employees will not knowingly misrepresent the Company and will not speak on behalf of the Company unless specifically authorized. The confidentiality of trade secrets, proprietary information, and similar confidential commercially sensitive information (i.e., financial or sales records/reports, marketing or business strategies/plans, product development, customer lists, patents, trademarks, etc.) about our Company or operations, or that of our customers or partners, are to be treated with discretion and only be disseminated on a need-to-know basis. Any employee who has information that leads them to suspect that an employee or competitor is obtaining confidential business information is required to inform their supervisor or Human Resources immediately. Code of conduct and/or policy violations may result in discipline, up to and including termination of employment.
