KBP will provide you with certain Company owned equipment to help you perform your job. Employees issued Company owned equipment are responsible for the safe keeping and maintenance of that equipment and should use that equipment for its intended business purpose. All Company property must be returned upon request or separation from employment. If Company property is not returned upon request, at the end of your employment or is lost or damaged at any time during your employment with KBP, the Company may take appropriate action to collect the cost of any Company property that is not returned or is returned in unusable condition.

Further, using any Company equipment or property for personal use or for use other than its intended purpose is not permitted. use is against company policy. KBP will take necessary action to collect for any unauthorized or personal charges.

In addition, stealing or attempting to steal Company property, customer property or the property of another employee is strictly prohibited.

All Company property, including desks, offices, etc. are subject to search by the Company at any time. Failure to cooperate with such inspections is a violation of this policy. Employees should not hold an expectation to privacy as to any information or items brought, maintained, stored, or kept in or on Company property.
