The Company provides necessary unpaid leave to employees who are subpoenaed to attend, participate in, or prepare for court proceedings in accordance with applicable law. Employees who receive a subpoena or summons to appear in court should notify Human Resources immediately so that the Company may plan work with as little disruption as possible. You are expected to report for work whenever the court schedule permits.
