Our guests’ satisfaction is the main reason for KBP’s growth and success. Most of you have daily guest contact and it is important that you deal with all guests – internal and external, including vendors, co-workers, and other departments - in a pleasant, courteous, and professional manner.

Guest complaints regarding employee conduct and behavior will be investigated, and appropriate corrective action will be taken as appropriate. Repeated, excessive, or serious guest complaints can result in termination of employment without previous warning.
