EEO Policy Complaint Procedure |
If you believe that you have been subject to treatment in possible violation of any EEO Policy, or if you have information indicating a fellow employee has been subject to treatment in possible violation of this policy, you must immediately either:
You may be assured that your complaint will be kept as confidential as possible, and you will not be penalized in any way for reporting a problem. Also, you are required to make a complaint to the Human Resource department if you fear retaliation, you desire confidentiality, or for any other reason you prefer not to talk to any member of management. KBP will investigate any complaint to the Human Resources and maintain confidentiality as much as practical. If warranted by facts, KBP will take appropriate corrective action. There will be no unlawful retaliation against an individual who makes a complaint under this policy or participates in an internal investigation. Any complaint not satisfactorily resolved under this policy will be subject to the Arbitration Program. |
