EEO Policy Complaint Procedure

If you believe that you have been subject to treatment in possible violation of any EEO Policy, or if you have information indicating a fellow employee has been subject to treatment in possible violation of this policy, you must immediately either:

  • talk to your immediate supervisor to try to resolve the issue; or
  • if the problem involves your supervisor or if you do not feel that the matter can be discussed with your supervisor or if you are not satisfied with the way your supervisor has addressed your problem, you should contact the Managing Partner/General Manager immediately; or
  • if the problem involves the Managing Partner/General Manager or if you do not feel that the matter can be discussed with the Managing Partner/General Manager or if you are not satisfied with the way the Managing Partner/General Manager has addressed your problem, you should contact the Human Resources department hotline at 1-888-971-2991 or hrsupport@kbpbrands.com.
  • you may also always report the matter directly to any Vice President.

You may be assured that your complaint will be kept as confidential as possible, and you will not be penalized in any way for reporting a problem.

Also, you are required to make a complaint to the Human Resource department if you fear retaliation, you desire confidentiality, or for any other reason you prefer not to talk to any member of management. KBP will investigate any complaint to the Human Resources and maintain confidentiality as much as practical. If warranted by facts, KBP will take appropriate corrective action. There will be no unlawful retaliation against an individual who makes a complaint under this policy or participates in an internal investigation. Any complaint not satisfactorily resolved under this policy will be subject to the Arbitration Program.
