I have received, read, and understand the policies in the KBP Employee Handbook. I understand the policies and information contained in it and agree to adhere to its provisions. If I have any difficulties understanding any portion of the Employee handbook, I will seek clarification from my immediate manager.

I understand that the KBP Handbook contains current policies and benefits of the Company and that the Company reserves the right to add, delete, or modify these policies as it deems appropriate.

I understand that my employment is for an indefinite period of time and is terminable “at will”. This means that I may terminate my employment at any time, with or without cause, and the Company has the same right. I understand that my “at will” status may not be changed except in writing signed by the CPO.
