Minor Compliance Pledge |
Employing minors (individuals under the age of (18) comes with an important responsibility for our leaders AND yourself as the minor employee. You will see our leaders follow the minor employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to, building work schedules based on allowable in-times and out-times, maximum hours per day/week, and required break allowances. In addition to the schedule and hours regulation compliance, your leader will also require the necessary minor documentation specified by your local, state and federal government. As a minor employee of KBP we ask for you to do your part in ensuring we all follow the mandatory compliances while employing you, by taking the pledge below. Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
