Any KBP employees who come forward to report improper conduct—whether through our Problem-Solving policy with their supervisor, manager, human resources, or executive management, or with appropriate State or Federal agencies—will be protected against retaliation in any form. Any person who violates this anti-retaliation policy will be immediately disciplined, up to and including immediate termination. If you feel that you have been retaliated against for reporting misconduct, KBP wants to know. Please tell us about it in a way you are comfortable: through your Supervisor, Manager, Human Resources, or any member of the Management or Executive Team.
