Failure to perform job duties as normally required by the Company or at a satisfactory level may be addressed through progressive or accelerated discipline depending on the offense.

KBP reserves the right to proceed differently as the circumstances may warrant, including termination for first offenses depending on the facts and severity of the conduct.
