Employees should not be in the Back of House (BOH) or work areas more than necessary before or after their scheduled shift. Employees who are not on duty and/or awaiting rides are permitted access to public non–work areas provided their presence is consistent with that area’s intended purpose and does not interfere with on-duty employees, customer service or Company operations. At no time are children or non-employees, without business purpose, allowed in any work areas.

Employees that are on an approved leave of absence should not be on property unless it relates to their leave of absence. At no time should employees that are on a leave of absence be in Back of House work areas.
