If you are injured on the job, you are required to report the incident immediately to your immediate manager and they will work with you to complete an accident report which must be sent to KBP’s workers’ compensation carrier. Consistent with applicable state law, failure to report an injury within a reasonable period of time could jeopardize your claim for benefits.
