Personal Appearance

At KBP, everything we do (from the way we conduct business to the way our employees dress) reflects our company and the brands we represent. All employees must adhere to the following standards because an important part of providing a great experience for our customers is a clean, well-groomed team.

Uniformed Employees

Each brand has different uniform requirements. Learn more about the dress code expectations below:

Should anyone require special accommodation due to health matters, a possible disability, religious beliefs, or other important reasons, please contact Human Resources as KBP abides by all equal employment opportunities policies and philosophies.

Business Attire (Home Office and Field Leadership)

Employees should dress professionally and in business casual attire, always using good judgment. When KBP requires business professional attire, the company will communicate with its employees its attire requirements. KBP defines business casual attire as blazers/jackets, pants, jeans (not torn, distressed, or frayed), shirts, sweaters, skirts, and dresses. Shoes should be professional in nature and in good repair; running/workout tennis shoes or flip-flops are not permitted.

If you experience uncertainty about acceptable, professional business casual work attire, please ask your supervisor or Human Resources.
